Congratulations to Reading students who participated in the Queen City Classic Chess Tournament Saturday March 23rd at Paycor Stadium. Senior Jacob Allen won 4 games and placed second out of 22 players in the 10th through 12th grade competition. Jaxson Easter had 2 win and 3 tied games and placed 10th out of 71 students in the 7th through 9th grade category. 6th grade students Jaxson Atkins, Jeffrey Hughes and Junior Jones combined their wins to bring home a second place team trophy with Junior taking eighth place overall.
