Our Local History elective students collaborated with the Reading-based organization, Mill Creek Alliance at Salway Park in Northside recently.
They learned about the turbulent history of Mill Creek and its importance to Cincinnati and the surrounding areas. We tested water quality samples for clarity and oxygen levels and were able to wade in the creek to collect samples of smaller organisms that help indicate the overall health of the stream. - Learning happens in a variety of ways at Reading Schools #BlueDevilWay
